"I appreciated that you fit me in to evening service. Car was done rather quickly (oil change and headlight) and a call was made to my cell phone letting me know that. I appreciated that. I do always feel like it is pretty expensive but that's true of a lot of things these days - ha ha. That said, I still would rather pay for good and trusted service with Ray Laks."
